Coulters Realty is a hometown realty office with access to vast resources. We have grown steadily since our beginning in 1991 due to meticulous care of details. To us customer care and satisfaction is a driving philosophy, not a sales pitch. For this we have been privileged to be at the top consistently for home sales in our area.

Using available resources such as the Northern New England Real Estate Network, Multiple Listing Service, World Wide Web, and, perhaps most importantly, community connections, we are able to bring buyers and sellers together quickly and efficiently. We work hard to understand our clients’ desires up front to eliminate wasted steps and dead ends. One important aspect of Coulters Realty that sets us apart, is our policy of communicating regularly with you and our sales staff. We log all communication, document any changes, and update each other at our regular meetings. Therefore, you can call in and talk to any of our agents to receive updates on your home. On November 1, 2002 Coulters Realty became Coldwell Banker Coulters Realty, an independently owned and operated office of Coldwell Banker.  This strategic move was made to provide even greater service to our customers.
